Automatic thread book sewing machine
The Effect 100 is a compact machine composed of a GFS 14 sewing unit connected with the HEADOP feeder. The two units are mounted side-by-side on a single base frame and with all the protections according to the current safety standards.
Each signature is accurately registered before being transferred to transport chains. Photocells and micro-switches control exact feeding of the signatures as well as carrying them to the sewing unit, and stop the machine in case of error.
The machine is equipped with a electromechanical programmer and a colour touch-screen control panel that allows quick and easy programming of the processing cycle and speed variation.
Automatic thread cut-off is a standard feature.
A centralised lubrication system makes for easy machine maintenance. Via the oil pump all the points in the machine requiring lubrication receive the right quantity of oil.
